Roomex - Account Manager :
Roomex is a leading global online hotel booking company, based in Rathfarnham, Dublin, Ireland. To help with our continued growth, Roomex is now looking for an Account Manager, to work with the existing Customer Services & Account Managerment Team.
Role :
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following areas :
- Dealing with customer queries, usually online, as all bookings are made online.
- Dealing with some hotels as we have direct contracts with certain hotels
- Dealing with Wholesale Hotel Suppliers, as we have contracts with suppliers around the world giving us our current portfolio of over 20,000 hotels
- Certain Online Marketing and Advertising Duties
Essentially, this role involves taking ownership and responsibility for all of the above areas, as part of a team, as Roomex Hotels continues its growth going forward.
Key Proficiencies :
- experience in working online
- experience of dealing with hotels
- knowledge of the online hotel portal booking industry an advantage
- proven experience of working with others in a friendly yet professional manner
- proven experience of working to deadlines and reporting to Senior Management
Personal Profile :
- you can work on your own initiative
- you have excellent email and telephone skills
- you have excellent interpersonal skills and the communication skills to work effectively with other members of Roomex staff at all levels within the company
- you take ownership and responsibility for your work
- you are very organised
- you have the drive and ambition to help grow Roomex into a successful global online brand
Salary :
Excellent package offered, negotiable depending on experience.
